Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at GadgetLand. We strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return a product, please read the following policy carefully.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- The original packaging must be undamaged and intact
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, some items such as cosmetics cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the total refund amount, if applicable
Product Exchanges
If an exchange is possible through our supplier, we will process it. Otherwise, we will proceed with a refund.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be issued via PayPal to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to be processed

Disputes Over Product Condition
In the event of a dispute regarding product condition (e.g. damaged vs. not damaged), we will investigate the issue with our supplier and make a final decision after careful evaluation.
